Job Description:


The focused role of this position is to train street working children on different types of vocations under “Street Working Children (SWC-Italy)” project


Expert of the selected categories of the vocations
The trainers shall good communication and analytical skills
Good practical and theoretical knowledge and skills
Manage and control the trainees
Prepare the weekly and monthly work plan with support of project team
The trainers should be punctual and run the training session on a timely basis
Keep the record of the training safe and update
Take monthly and quarterly exam from students and keep record of marks
Keep and update the workshop observation book
Take the pre and post test and with support of the SCI team
Take the attendance and submit it to SCI on timely basis
Close coordination with Social Worker and Project Coordinator
Obey all the Save the children rules, regulation and policies
Minimum Work time 8 hours

Job Requirements:


Vocational training graduation certificate

High school certificate




Previous experience in vocational training programmes.
Ability to work with Children.


Knowledge in right based approach
Skill in Management
