Bank-e- Millie Afghan (BMA) was the first financial institution established in Afghanistan in 1933. Similarly, it was the first financial institution established in a public private partnership set up with 72 percent share held by private sector. The responsibilities of Payroll Assistant is mentioned in the below section.
Assisting Payroll officer on calculating and recording pensions, salaries and tax.
Assisting on controlling and recording of prepaid salaries to staff.
Coordinating on calculation of staff salaries of each month & transferring it into staff’s account.
Assisting on calculating Overtime and bonuses to staff.
Taking guidelines from Payroll Officer and Accounting Manager on related payroll issues.
Responsible for record keeping of payroll department.
Any other task or duty which is assigned by the line manager.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, Dari, Pashto, English
Should have one year experience in the related field
