National & International Advisor Recruitment Unit  Ministry Of  Economy (MOEC) of the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan seeks to hire a qualified individual consultant to provide consultancy services in the required fields  and work closely with relevant directorates and departments and provide a detail report of day to day activities directly to Parliament.

Job Description:

Prepare and regulate monthly, quarterly and annual working plan of advisory section in order to reach the goals of organization.
Conduct studies and research on relevant section and giving effective comments on improve parliamentary affairs.
Review and study the policies and parliamentary resolutions and giving fruitful comments accordingly.
prepare drafts on various parliamentary relations and delivering them to the speaker of Wolsey Jirga.
Prepare and regulate national and international documents on parliamentary affairs and delivering to speaker of the house.
Join the sessions of parliamentary affairs based on the permission of the speaker.
Conduct studies and research and relevant matters under guidance of the speaker of Wolsey Jirga..
Present information and technical assistance on parliamentary affairs.
Provide productive advice and maintain parliamentary relations with world’s parliaments.
Prepare of statements on parliamentary affairs and collaboration with technical and policy deputy of secretary General of the house.
Analyze of the report of different institution on parliamentary affairs and conveying its contents to the speaker of Wolsey Jirga.
Provide international and parliamentary letter tips for meetings of speaker in collaboration with deputy of secretary General of General Secretariat on technical and policy affairs.
Analyze parliament related conditions and providing report to the speaker of the house.
Review daily internet political issues about parliamentary relation and affairs on Afghanistan and region and delivering to the speaker of house.
Fortify parliamentary relation of Wolsey Jirga with worlds parliaments.
Conveying the experiences and scientific understanding on capacity building of MPs and employees of General Secretariat of Wolsey Jirga.
Maintenance and reasonable use of office equipment.
Reporting from work and activities to the relevant director.

Perform any other task given by direct officer.

Job Requirements:

Having at least 12th grade certificate, Bachelor of Law and political science, Economics, Administration, Management and similar profession to the field. Master and above are highly encouraged to apply.
Holder of school certificate require 5 years of work experience, master requires 2 years, and holder of PHD requires no job experience.
Having the ability to draft and determine the policies in the relevant section.
Having rich information on parliamentary affairs.
Fluency in one of the national languages (Dari/ Pashto) in addition to English language.
Computer and internet exploring ability.
Having the requirements mentioned on the 7th article of civil service employees.
