In this role, you will be responsible for assessing marketing campaign effectiveness and providing strategic direction to help achieve company goals. You will develop reporting mechanisms for print, digital, and social marketing campaigns and deep dive into how each touch point is delivering results. You will report regularly on the competitive landscape for our products and develop statistics to help advance the sales process. In addition, you will work closely across departments to drive marketing initiatives that achieve maximum results.
This role requires a scientific approach to marketing with a high level of analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the latest market research strategies, digital marketing fundamentals, and have advanced proficiencies defining and implementing data sets through a CRM to achieve valuable audience behavior insights.
Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, in research, marketing, business, statistics, math, economics, or other related fields
3+ years’ experience in a related role
Strong oral and written communication skills in Dari, English , Pashto
Expert in data manipulation and able to handle multi-variant analysis with large data-set
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience obtaining performance insights from print collateral and managing digital tagging for emails and other digital media
Strong and confident communicator.
Excellent copywriting skills and experience.
Design skills including graphics and web design.
