Job Description:

To provide and effectively support the drive, monitoring and delivery of consumer segment customers  revenue earning customer base voice revenues for the business.


To drive consumer segment customers revenue growth through increased subscriber usage (local voice, incoming revenues, and top ups) and customer retention through increased subscriber revenue generating activity. Design and implement a decision making model based on customer lifetime value, through a comprehensive segmentation model for each segment to forecast and track relevant commercial KPIs, i.e. inactivity, dormancy, churn, migrations, dormancy, price per minute for each local voice destination, usage per subscriber, and cost items. Develop, coordinate and ensure smooth and effective running of incremental revenue and churn preventive campaigns that maximize the value captured from each customer through rigorous customer behavior data analysis and customized campaigns.

Job Requirements:

1.1  Customer Lifetime  Management Plan:

§  Champion and monitor customer traits and always devise means of improving their experiences with Roshan to minimize their propensity to reduce spend, thereby maximizing customer profitability and understand the strengths and weaknesses via enhanced feedback management.

§  Overall outputs:

o   Customer experience enhancement initiatives

o   Acquisition plans for key market segments: HVCs, competitor customers

o   Identify market opportunities and action these to functional units within commercial

1.2  Consumer segment Product Management ( Local Voice Price Plans):

§  Optimize local voice tariffs, formulate the customer segment voice pricing strategy to generate a differentiated but profitable competitive market positioning.

§  Develop and launch voice usage enhancing products based on consumer behavior analytics and insights which create new usage opportunities as well as enhance existing usage behavior across different value segments, by:

§  Work with brand and communication to ensure that pricing of local voice tariffs is understandable and attractive to target customers.

1.3  Customer Analytics:

§  Build MIS data systems to enable tracking and review of all key voice usage impacting / driving/ enhancing indicators

§  Periodical review and course correction to correct/ resolve/ leverage opportunities for revenue growth within the customer segment base

1.4  Build a capable and motivated and high performance team. (Applicable when Team Grows or when provided with support for project management)

§  Develop and motivate team members through structured training and on the job coaching
