About Roshan Telecom:
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
Review existing business products and commercial services to ensure continuous improvement and growth
Develop and maintain industry knowledge and networks and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve both short and long term goals;
Identify industry/business developments opportunities and challenges;
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume and value of transactions.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc.
Recommend changes in product/services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Resolve customer/clients complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Require travel to the regions to promote M-Paisa to regional Roshan staff and potential clients/customers; and get an understanding of the regional market dynamics
Ensure the platform requirements are defined to support products and promotions
Provide a roadmap and implementation plans for products and promotions
Work closely with the Head of Operations and M-Commerce to make sure that Customer issues Field Management Issues are taken care of and do not create risk on the commercial end
Recommend new opportunities and promotions that help increasing the volume and value of transactions.
