Duties & Responsibilities
The MEAL Intern with support from the MEAL staff will work with the PDQA team and other units by learning and providing support to the field teams as well as to the documentation section of the MEAL unit.
Learn and eventually support in responding to beneficiaries’ calls through the hotline number.
To be oriented on MIS Excel and Access software etc. and get prepared to do data entry.
Attend to filing system and help in proper documentation.
Arrange and follow internal and external meetings.
Follow up on MEAL joint meetings.
Lead in taking meetings minutes and documentation of agreed actions.
Any other official tasks assigned by MEAL Specialists.
