National & International Advisor Recruitment Unit  Ministry Of  Economy (MOEC) of the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan seeks to hire a qualified individual consultant to provide consultancy services in the required fields  and work closely with relevant directorates and departments and provide a detail report of day to day activities directly to Secretary General of Wolesi Jirga.

Job Description:

Prepare and regulate monthly, quarterly and annual working plan of advisory section in order to reach the goals of administration.

Conduct studies and research on relevant section and giving productive comments on improving economic affairs.

Prepare national drafts regarding economic affairs to the speaker of the Wolesi Jirga (House of the people)

Prepare and regulate national and international on economic affairs and delivering it to the speaker of Wolesi Jirga (House of the people).

Join the sessions on economic affairs upon the approval of the speaker of the house.

Present information and technical assistance on improving economic affairs upon the recommendation of the speaker of Wolesi Jirga.

Analyze the reports of different institutions on economic affairs and conveying its content and its different dimensions to the speaker of Wolesi Jirga.

Provide letter tips for meetings of speaker in collaboration with deputy of Secretary General of General Secretariat and international relation department of Wolesi Jirga.

Conveying experiences and economic affairs understandings on related issues for capacity building of MPs in coordination with General Secretariat of Wolesi Jirga.

The prospective may only give advice accordingly.

Maintenance and reasonable use of office equipment.

Report the work and activities to the relevant director.

Perform any other given task by direct officer.



Job Requirements:

At least Bachelor Degree, Masters and above are highly encouraged to apply.

Holder of bachelor degree requires 2 years of work experience, Master requires1 years, and holder of PHD requires no job experience.

Having rich information on Business and economic affairs.

Fluency in one of the national languages (Dari/Pashto) in addition to English language.

Computer and internet exploring ability.

Having the requirements mentioned on the 7th article of civil service employees.
