Bank-e- Millie Afghan (BMA) was the first financial institution established in Afghanistan in 1933. Similarly, it was the first financial institution established in a public private partnership set up with 72 percent share held by private sector. As a first bank in Afghanistan, BMA introduced formal banking services to the people and government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The Responsibility of the Correspondent Banks Assistant is to coordinate the adjustment of the internal bank statement of accounts with the ledger of accounting system.
To adjust incoming drafts from the foreign banks to the statement of accounts.
To prepare reports to the relevant departments and send it daily.
To reconcile the accounts of dollar, Pakistani rupee, euro, Pashtany bank , Kabul bank , Azizi bank , Maiwand bank, City bank of N.Y , and other domestic and foreign correspondent banks.
To adjust cash drafts, currency Afghani and prepare balance for every bank with the ledger of accounting Department at the end of the day.
To prepare documents in C.B.S system.
To balance ledger accounts and statements of accounts from the foreign and domestic and correspondent banks.
Carrying out any other task or duty which is assigned by the line manager.
Visiting different relevant departments for documents.
Visiting DAB in time of need.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, Dari, Pashto, English
Should have One year experience in the related field
