Job Summary:

Over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role, he / she should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

The role of a Project coordinator is to assist the organizations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

He / she will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, generate leads and sales, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs, and complete a range of administrative duty

Duties & Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the company CBD (Chief Business Development) and in close coordination with the Business Development team, the Project Coordinator shall perform the following duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Job Responsibilities

−        Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

−        Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

−        Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

−        Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

−        Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

−        Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

−        Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

−        Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

−        Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

−        Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

−        To be able to write proposals for national and international organizations based on their RFPs and RFQs.

−        Maintaining consistency in proposal writing by following company policies

−        Editing and revising proposals according to feedback of the clients

−        Attending meetings and identifying opportunities for proposal writing

−        Being able to communicate with clients through emails in English, Persian and Pashtu.

Job Requirement:

– Relevant working experience in Sales, projects, and program support services;

– Proficient in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and preferably advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages and experience in Proposal writing systems.

– Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to produce consistently accurate work even under pressure.

– Self-motivated, can-do and problems solving attitude.

Professional Requirements

−        Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

−        Proficiency in English, Dari and Pashtu.

−        Excellent knowledge of MS Office specially PowerPoint and Excel.

−        Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

−        Fast learner and passion for sales.

−        Creating strategies for convincing others to take appropriate business decisions.

−        Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.

−        Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

−        Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

−        A bachelor degree in communication, English or business.

−        At least 3 years of experience in sales within Afghanistan or overseas would be a plus point
