Provide direct support to the Motor Pool Manager and Supervisor on property accountability, resource management/allocation, and general book keeping. The position will also perform back-up duties for dispatching operations in the event of staffing shortages. Maintain up-to-date records on staffing, staffing patterns, personnel leave schedules, vehicle use, vehicle inventory, maintenance records, fuel records, fleet summary records, and time and attendance records. Provide additional support to dispatchers and management as needed.
EXPERIENCE: Two years of Administrative or Motor Pool clerical experience is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with office administration and motor pool operations.
Education Requirements:Completion of high school is required.
LANGUAGE: Level III in both English and Dari is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Computer literate to include Microsoft Office. Solid proficiency in MS Excel desirable.
