We work with families, communities, teachers and health workers in homes, schools, clinics and hospitals to promote hygiene and basic health in order to save lives of children and mothers. –

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities
• Assist in Job announcement at ACBAR
• Assist in Filling new recruited staff
• Scan and store newly recruited staff in a safe drive
• Record hard copies of all performance management sheets in a file.
• Support the planning and implementation of Orientation and Induction of new joiners, including assisting with the technical set up, coordination of required documentation etc. as requested
• Support the planning of activities and meetings as required by the supervisor
• Provide support in the tracking and documentation of training records and filing
• To maintain up to date staff photo board and Support HR staff if needed.
• Other duties as directed by HR Officer

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Fresh University Graduate
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Essential
– Knowledge of computer Programmes.
Desirable

– MBA
– commitment to the values and principles of SC,
– Good interpersonal relationships with people from different origins

Additional job responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities set out above are not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out additional duties from time to time which are reasonable in relation to their level of skills and experience.
In the event of a significant humanitarian emergency, the post-holder will be expected to work outside their normal job description; vary their working hours; and occasionally work from a different location should the need arise.
